　　The production process of an umbrella

      Step 1: Sourcing quality umbrella frames, fabrics and accessories

　   The soul of an umbrella is its frame, and its durability is directly proportional to its quality. The umbrella frames used by Plum Blossom are all produced by well-known manufacturers in the industry, with reliable quality and sturdy materials; the procurement of umbrella fabric is also very strict, with each roll of fabric being tested on a running machine once it arrives at the factory to ensure that there are no defects such as walking yarns or breakage.

　　Step 2: Cutting (opening)
　   After the triangle piece is cut, it will be sent to the screen printing workshop, which will make the screen printing screen according to the screen printing content or pattern requested by the customer. After receiving the fabric, the screen printing master will adjust the screen printing table according to the size of the triangle piece and the position of the screen printing, the requirement is to make the screen printing position of each triangle piece consistent, this step takes a long time.

　　Step 4: Closing the piece
　　The printed triangular piece will be sent to the fitting workshop where workers will sew the fabric into a polygon according to the requirements of the order, this is the umbrella surface.

　　Step 5: Accessories and umbrella surface treatment
　   There are a number of processes that need to be completed in addition to the piece. Firstly, the umbrella needs to be fitted with an umbrella strap and sleeve, then the umbrella needs to be topped off (otherwise it won't fit on the frame) and the umbrella strap sewn onto the umbrella.

　　Step 6: Sewing the umbrella
　　Sewing the umbrella is also a very important process, first of all the umbrella is sewn with beads, which used to be done manually, but now there are machines for sewing beads.

　　Step 7: fitting the accessories, quality check
　　The next step is to fit the umbrellas with quality accessories, mainly the tops, the mullions and the handles. The handles of straight umbrellas are basically glued on, so that an umbrella is basically ready.

　　Step 8: Packaging
　　After the umbrellas are finished, we will notify our factory colleagues who will randomly check the completed umbrellas to make sure there are no problems with the fabric and PVC sleeves.
