The difference between straight umbrella and golf umbrella

    We often see it in golf clubs and at racing events, and for this reason it has a name of its own: the golf umbrella.

    The biggest feature of the golf umbrella is that it is the largest umbrella you can hold in your hand, with normal specifications ranging from 25" to 32". With more people understanding the good quality of the umbrellas, the beautiful appearance and the good effect of the sun and rain, golf umbrellas are gradually becoming more and more popular and are being used in large numbers in high-end hotels, clubs and villas.

    Golf umbrellas are usually made from carefully selected materials, and the umbrella skeleton is made of full fibre synthetic material (aluminium alloy is also used), which ensures that the umbrella will not be blown off by high winds. However, there are also some that use grooved bones (iron) or round bones (iron) for cost reasons, as both of these materials affect the quality of the umbrella, we do not recommend them to our customers.

    Most of the golf umbrellas are made from medium to high grade umbrella fabrics, mainly 190T nylon and 190T PG, commonly known as bumper fabric and chambray. With this fabric, the surface of the umbrella is flat and the water droplets quickly slide off after a rain shower, so you don't have to worry about rain leakage in heavy rain. The nylon fabric feels smoother and more colourful, and the PG fabric has a soft feel and a great texture, it is simple and unpretentious, making it feel stable and generous.

    The handle of the golf umbrella is made of EVA (commonly known as sponge), which feels good, soft and comfortable, but has the disadvantage of being damp and easy to grow white mould if not dried in time. There are also plastic or wooden handles, but it is better to have a rubber handle, although the cost is higher compared to other handles, but the softness is moderate, not only has a better comfort, but also enhances the quality of the whole umbrella.
